Amir

I never imagined that 2020 would be the year that God would bless my life and ministry in such powerful ways. I experienced His provision, protection, and love in a mighty way. Before my very eyes I watched God provide money in less than 24 hours for the children I minister to who were in such need. They did not have proper winter clothes, shoes, or food. They were in desperate need, and God provided in a miraculous way. I praise God for His provision and His protection for these children.

My heart beat so fast as I witnessed the work of the Holy Spirit happening in Amir’s life.

Even so, the story that touches my heart the most is about Amir, a young Muslim Kashmiri man. God gave me the privilege of sharing Jesus with Amir. His hunger to find the truth has transformed my life in a powerful way, and his humbleness, respect, and honest heart have been the biggest blessing in our friendship. Not a day goes by that Amir doesn’t have a question about Jesus or my faith. He brought me a Qu’ran as a gift and asked me for an Urdu Bible so he can read it. He said, “If I read in your book and find that your God is the true God, I will sacrifice.” As he told me this, tears streamed down his face. My heart beat so fast as I witnessed the work of the Holy Spirit happening in Amir’s life. May the months and years to come see the continuation and completion of the work God has started in his heart.

Every believer is called to go

Whether to your neighbor across the street or to the nations across the world. At Live Dead, we exist to take the good news of Jesus Christ to those who have never heard in the countries that have limited to no access to this good news. We seek to mobilize advocates, both individuals and churches, to pray, speak, give, and go for the sake of unreached people groups. How will you join us in this work?
