Bible Stories in the Home
When we committed to help a family plant a crop, we stayed every night in their home. In the evenings, we listened to audio Bible stories with this young believer’s father, brother and another male relative – all Muslims. When we were packing to leave, we asked if they would like to keep the radio with the Bible stories. A few weeks later we heard this young believer boldly pray in Jesus’ name for the healing of a neighbor.
Pregnancy Leads to Faith in Christ
A number of years of ago one of the men’s daughters came to faith in Jesus through her in-laws. At the time she was unable to become pregnant and as a newer bride this was shameful. Some of her believing in-laws laid hands on her and prayed for her to conceive. Today she has two children and her mother has also come to faith in Jesus. They are the only believers in the valley they live in and they hope that some of the men in their family will also choose to follow Jesus.
After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.
