A team member has good news:
The UN just registered Q as a “refugee.” He is now under their protection, making it harder to persecute or imprison him while he waits to leave The UN will help find a country where he will not be persecuted.

Q remembers driving past the UN office many times and seeing the people waiting in the long lines. Now he knows how they feel. He went from being a “citizen” to “stateless” to a “refugee,” all in the span of weeks.

His journey is not complete but this is a major step forward. He is confident the Lord is opening doors to the right country where he can walk with Jesus and be a light.
