As you watch the news from the Middle East, pray Psalms 27 for our Live Dead missionaries:

Although the media makes it seem much worse, the unrest and fighting is localized around the embassy. We live several miles from there and life continues as normal.  We would not know anything, except for internet and TV.  The locals remain welcoming, hospitable, generous and kind to us.  We are watchful and depend on the wisdom of the H0ly Sp_r_t.

A teenage friend stopped me. As we made small talk, the Sp_r_t helped me tell her in simple Arabic of His love for her and her people. She listened, surprised to hear He loves even those of her religion. They are precious to our Father and we have little time left to share Truth with them.

The L0rd has been so faithful to us.  He spoke Ps@lms 27:1 to us: “The L0RD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?  The L0RD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

We are standing on His Word but please continue to pray against fear.  Pray that we would be full of the H0ly Sp_r_t and bold to proclaim!
