We live in a country with a population that is 98% Muslim. We work together with the small community of local believers to reach out to their nation. We have a small church that meets in a storefront above a cafe.
One day while my husband and I were cleaning at our church, there was a knock on the door. I answered it and was surprised to see a sweet woman I had met once through a friend.
She had come with shaking hands and lots of questions. We sat down and she began to ask her questions. She had grown up under a strict Muslim father but had never felt comfortable with her religion. Her family traveled a lot when she was young and often visited old churches while on vacation. She said she always felt so much peace in the churches and felt somehow connected. Since becoming an adult she rejected Islam and was about to lose faith in God altogether, but then met me and decided to find out more.
